Large-diameter Hollow Wall HDPE Winding Pipe Production Line adopts advanced technology developed on the basis of domestic and foreign experience. The line is designed for the production of high-quality drainage pipes with a diameter of 200 to 2200 mm from HDPE and PP.
The line includes a modern PLC-based control system, a two-stage pressure dissipation extruder, a compounding head, extruders for shaped pipes and welding, a winding device, a cutting machine and auxiliary equipment.This allows you to achieve high productivity, efficiency, and stability of the workflow. The produced pipes are characterized by high ring rigidity, low specific gravity, creep resistance, ease of installation and economical laying.
